Coronado Island

Coronado Island is found across the Big Bay from downtown area of San Diego. The island is most famed for two structures: the San Diego-Coronado Bridge and the alluring and historic Hotel del Coronado built in 1888. The island is a very picturesque and charming place and offers visitors a unique experience. Coronado is home to esteemed legendary fine white sand beaches, beautifully manicured golf courses, sophisticated and refined gardens, quaint restaurants, European style mansions, distinctive shopping and spectacular ocean views all around the island. A trip to San Diego would not be complete without visiting this unique island haven.
